Photo session May 2021

  Dear all:

Here you are some photos of a little photo session we did as DIY. Little atrezzo, casual clothing and a mobile phone camera. Let's take it as a proof of life and state our intention to go on with Grave Dreams as soon as our other projects are on-going.

Some of you might know we are also involved in Steelforce and the Helloween Tribute Band from Barcelona. We're now busy in these bands but our looking glass is also watching GD wishes growing. So, after our release in BandCamp of some of our old demos, we'd like to record new material.

Cheers and enjoy your nightmares, Grave Dreams will be in all of them!

A come back of Grave Dreams?

 Dear all:

In this post we'd like to announce a possible come back of Grave Dreams.

Although we are in a couple of projects, we do not want to miss the chance to get back to Grave Dreams of the first era. I mean, when Grave Dreams was more focused in Doom Metal than any other faster tempos. We have to make a bit of archeological research in our achives and choose the songs that can fit in this new period. We'd like to approach to a more classical Doom Metal in the vein of Black Sabbath or Candlemass; discarding songs we composed in the Death Doom era or the latest times when we led our sound rather towards Power Metal.

Being said this, yesterday we did a tiny photo session to introduce this new period as soon as possible. I could not resist to publish one of my pictures so here you are.

We hope to post the rest of the photo session as soon as the pictures are edited to be shown.

The JuliĆ³ Bros. will be busy enough with our many projects running at the same time. Do not forget that we are rehearsing for our Helloween Tribute Band, and writting material for Steelforce in order to release a new single in some months. Our wishes to make music are stronger than the clock.

We'll keep you informed. Cheers and peace!

Releases in BandCamp

 Dear all:

This post is to announce that we finally have started to upload our discography at BandCamp. By now we have managed to update the site with the demos Dreaming in the Grave and A Land in Nowhere.

Please, do not expect a professional sound or an accurate performance. The demos we did in that time were made with modest means, such as a 4-track recorder and using our rehearsal room in our country house as studio. So the sound is awful and our playing in that time was worse than amateur. Anyway, we hope you enjoy these releases as much as we do remembering those times when we started in music.

In order to give a modern look to the covers, we have searched for the old images and in the case of the demos we did not release, we have searched for new images in free wallpapers sites; as it is the example of the "A Land in Nowhere" demo.

We want to thank Zaragil for the quick update in the Metal Archives by publishing A Land in Nowhere in the Grave Dreams discography.

New sites on internet

Hi there:

Grave Dreams has published new sites on internet to give the chance to know their music and works. Among these sites you'll find the following ones:

Grave Dreams at BandCamp

Grave Dreams at Facebook

As well as the Blogspot where you're reading these lines.

Grave Dreams has also applied for space on Doom-Metal.com and has the intention to apply for Metal-Archives.com too.

Jordi and Artur performing live. ca. 2005

From the Grave Dreams headquarters we're making an effort to digitalize the demos recorded during the nineties. Artur and Jordi are taking some time to record new material that was kept in folders of scores, but this is a hard work and fans must be patient at this time. By now let the guys digitalize the demos and we hope you'll enjoy them in a sooner future.

Let's hope the news would come promptly... Stay Metal!
